Booking.com Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is promoted by CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) ("Linkt") and fulfilled by Booking.com B.V. of Herengracht 597, 1017 CE Amsterdam, the Netherland (“Booking.com”). 
  2. The term of the Offer remains open until withdrawn by Booking.com or Linkt ("Offer Period"). Linkt will notify earlier withdrawal or expiry of the Offer Period by providing prior notice on its website, in its App(s) or through an email to its customers. 
  3. An ongoing discount on accommodation stays at participating properties will be made available to individuals as determined by Booking.com and Linkt (“Offer”). The rate of discount and relevant use period will be as set out in the Linkt App, LinktGO App and Linkt website during the Offer Period and will be subject to the Exceptions at clause 5 below.  
  4. The following Offers will be made available during the Offer Period for redemption at Booking.com on accommodation at eligible participating properties: 
    1. 6% off accommodation stays at participating properties booked online through the Offer landing page. Offer can be used in conjunction with the Booking.com Genius program. 
  5. Exceptions:
    1. the Offer excludes car rental, travel insurance products, flights, rides or attractions;  
    2. the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer (excluding the Booking.com Genius program);  
    3. customers who select ‘Pay Later’ will not be eligible for the Offer;  
    4. bookings made through the Booking.com app or Booking.com direct are not eligible for the Offer; 
    5. accommodations that do not accept credit cards are not eligible for the Offer. (i.e. accommodations that only accept cash as a mode of payment and do not have a “Instant Reward” badge displayed on their listing are not eligible for the Offer); and. 
    6. Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible for the Offer; and 
    7. Taxes and other fees and charges may not be taken into account for the calculation of the discount. The final discount is subject to the exchange rate. 
  6. From time to time Booking.com may make available limited time promotions with greater discount or other benefits which will have additional conditions (“Additional Offers”). Linkt will publish details of Additional Offers on the Linkt website, the Linkt App and the LinktGO App. Linkt may also email you with details of the Additional Offer(s) if you are opted in to receive marketing communications from Linkt. Additional Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions.  
  7. To receive the Offer, you must: 
    1. To redeem an Offer you must, within the Offer Period: 
      1. log in to your active Linkt account via the Linkt App or LinktGO App (as applicable) and navigate to the Booking.com accommodation discount offer under “Linkt Customer Rewards”; 
      2. agree to the disclosure of your redemption information from Booking.com to Linkt; 
      3. click on: 
        1. the “Redeem Offer” button which will redirect you to the Offer landing page on the Booking.com website;  
      4. from the Offer landing page, proceed with the following steps: 
      5. sign up or log in to a registered Booking.com account. Users must be logged in to receive the Offer; 
      6. accept any applicable Booking.com terms and conditions;   
      7. search by location, accommodation and travel dates and a list of options will appear;   
      8. select the preferred accommodation and room type to see the discount which is displayed in the ‘Price Summary’ as an automatic deduction off the original price; and 
      9. select the ‘Pay Now’ option;
      Once the booking is complete, you will get an email confirmation highlighting the discount applied to the cost of your stay. 
    2. You can redeem the Offer as many times as you like during the Offer Period by clicking on the “Redeem Offer” link via your account in the Linkt App or LinktGO App. 
    3. Linkt reserves the right to vary, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.  
    4. You agree and acknowledge that the conditions (including any exceptions) that apply to your use of this Offer under these Terms and Conditions will be those that apply as at the time of redeeming the Offer. 
    5. You agree and acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that claiming the Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
    6. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 
    7. The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms and Conditions is Victoria, Australia.  
    8. The following Additional Offer will be made available between 12:00am 09/10/2023 and 11:59pm 09/11/2023 ("Additional Offer Period") for redemption at Booking.com on accommodation at eligible participating properties: 
      • 10% off accommodation stays at eligible participating properties booked online through the Offer landing page during the Additional Offer Period.  
    9. Offer can be used in conjunction with the Booking.com Genius program. Eligible bookings must be made within the Additional Offer Period. 
    10.  
      1. agree to these Terms and Conditions. 
      2. be a Linkt Customer Rewards Program member or an active LinktGO consumer customer with an active account (the Offer is not available to commercial account customers or customers whose accounts are suspended); 
      3. consent to Booking.com sharing your redemption information with Linkt in accordance with the Offer Privacy Collection Statement provided in the Linkt App, LinktGO App and the Linkt website, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statements provided on the Booking.com website; and 
      4. comply with the redemption steps set out below to be eligible to claim the Offer.
